Shipping policy

All orders are created, packaged and shipped by Starheart Design. Please allow up to 14 days for custom orders and items not in stock, as it will take me a while to make it.

All orders within the USA will be shipped Priority Mail using USPS, and a tracking number will be provided by email once the item has shipped.
All international orders will be sent using the most cost effective shipping service ( UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. ) available to that region. Tracking numbers will also be provided by email once the item has shipped.

If you have not received a tracking number within 14 days of your purchase, please reach out to me at anita.comstock@live.com
